The phone seemed to be functioning as normal. After some careful thought, I performed a complete factory reset on my Gear S3 wearable (in lieu of using "Connect New Phone"), then, I re-installed the Samsung Gear application. I pulled the battery, and then uninstalled the Samsung Gear application, and the phone seemed to recover. > Used "Connect to New Phone" to setup Gear S3Īfter this process, phone response time was sluggish and then froze. > Downloaded/Installed Samsung Gear application This time I noticed that once I installed the Samsung Gear application and proceeded to setup my Gear S3 wearable, the phone started to "act up". The phone still freezes and requires the removal of the battery to recover. It seemed to work but later on in the day the issue occurred again (phone would not wake up (acts like it is turned off/dead and not able to turn on or hard boot)). I went to the Frisco, TX Best Buy Samsung Experience Center and they re-flashed my OS.
